We are currently seeking a (Flexographic) Printing Press Operator to join our Minneapolis team. The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude and will be responsible for operating flexographic printing press. Will need to be detailed oriented for set-up and adjusting press to specific job requirements. Needs to work alongside others to safely produce quality printing while minimizing waste and maximizing output. Candidate is responsible for completing quality checks according to customer specifications. Will be doing some lifting up to 40 pounds and performing general maintenance. Additionally, individual filling this position must be open to participation in new Apprenticeship Training Program to train as an Envelope Machine Adjuster/Printer.

This is a union position (PPPWU Local 11M). Position will train on 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for an extended period of time and likely be assigned to 3rd shift (Sunday - Friday AM; 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) following training; 3rd shift hourly differential will apply.
